  1. A. No Liability for Owners’ Conduct
    Rentaa shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, misrepresentations, violations, or unlawful practices committed by property owners or operators, including but not limited to:
    • Overpricing of rental fees
    • Misrepresentation of property details
    • Improper or excessive charges for utilities such as water and electricity
    • Violations of housing, tenancy, or consumer protection laws
  2. B. Tenant Reports and Disputes
    Any claims, disputes, or reports raised by tenants (e.g., concerning rental rates, billing, or property conditions) are solely the responsibility of the property owner. Rentaa is not a party to the rental agreements and will not be responsible for mediating or resolving such disputes.
  3. C. Tool, Not Legal Shield
    Rentaa is intended solely as a tool to help property owners manage their rental operations efficiently. It is not intended to shield or exempt owners from their legal responsibilities or liabilities toward tenants, government agencies, or any other parties.
  4. D. Maximum Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rentaa’s total liability for any claims arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of subscription fees paid to Rentaa in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on Rentaa Platform website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Rentaa Platform does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Rentaa Platform may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Rentaa Platform does not make any commitment to update the materials.
